Trade bug or intercept by other player i don't know ??

I want to report bug or scammer or what i dont know the name?
this is the story : I wan to trade item it's Crystall Sheild of Defender +15 and Devil Worshipper Cane +15 from RoySuryo to Gabriel i have klik trade to Gabriel. and in time of that some character do wanna see my sheild he trade me to but i'm cancel and i trade a gain with gabril. klik OK than it vanish not in Gabriel of RoySuryo. I relog to cek the item and it's still not there. I've forget the character who wan to see my can that trade me to. Can u help me cek log or what to see what happening to my character GM. Thanks for ur concern.

As I have mentioned many times already please look for staff on dealing with other players it is important to have a staff intervention or involvement on tradings.

GM, that RoySuryo and Gabriel it's my own char and i've no dealing with other player but that other player intercept the trade i have made from RoySuryo to Gabriel. is there a solution for my problem GM?
