Can't start Update.exe

Why is it that every time i press game start this thing keeps on popping up on my screen

can anyone help me with this problem? I'm new to the game, and i've been trying to download it for like a couple of hours and i just totally gave up right there.

This "CAUTION" thing never allows me to actually transition to the log in screen of tantra, D:





anybody know what the problem is ? i'd really appreciate a tiny bit of help
